In your library "CNotification", your method "add" got "$sendEmail" argument who is not used.
So, in my context, got third party component who rely with CNotification with CNotificationTypes "system_messaging" for "$command" and i want to force to not send email but actually "system_messaging" use the user config "$params->get('etype_system_messaging');", i dont want to force for all "system_messaging", only for some third.
So need using the "$sendEmail" arg to "override" "$sendIt".
Can you add this, thx.

jomsocial cant "override" "$sendIt" with "$sendEmail". I suggest you to using notification API:

you can make new plugin for that purpose.

developer decided to reject this topic.
all emails will store to mail queue, so you don't really need an sendmail.

you can put your own custom code there.
