ISSUE SUMMARY:
Module community_photos not displaying group photos like module the community_videos module is displaying group videos.

I have changed 2 files:
1: \components\com_community\models\photos.php at line 277:
$where = ' WHERE a.`published`=' . $db->Quote(1);

if (!is_null($photoType)) {
$where .= ' AND b.`type` = ' . $db->Quote($photoType);
}
Remove line 292: $where .= ' AND a.`published`=' . $db->Quote(1);

2: In community_module -> mod_community_photos.php at line 22:
$latestPhotos = $model->getAllPhotos(null, PHOTOS_USER_TYPE, $default, 0, COMMUNITY_ORDER_BY_DESC,
changed in:
$latestPhotos = $model->getAllPhotos(null, null, $default, 0, COMMUNITY_ORDER_BY_DESC,

Actually this is our default bahavior, the photo module only for personal public photos

And why is the module for the videos displaying personal and group videos.
I think its the same sort of module so why different behavior?

Maybe better to make it configurable so people can decide themself.

Hoop you can make the change in community\models\photo.php, its backwordscompatible, so an upgrade will not override it.
