It works using admin, but not our members. Login using this test user

Using the "switch accounts" post on each side (naughty & nice) only the nice side shows posts.

what "switch accounts" purpose? seem that thing not compatible with jomsocial.
and I saw your site using jomsocial profile types extensions. it can be the issue from there.
that extensions always overrides/intercepts jomsocial functionality.

please try to turn off those things first (that 3rd party extensions)
