Translations not working at first visit

Hi.

I just updated yo 4.0.7 and try to go live but there is a strange problem. Some of the profile page related apps/modules didnt display the translation from the translation file until i refresh the page. This problem occurs on every profile page i visit. If i visit a profile page then the Latest Photos plugin box displays "Community - Latest Photos" as title and the My Friends box displays "My Friends" English instead of "Arkadaşlar" in Turkish. After a page refresh its displaying the correct translations. But i have to refresh the page on every profile i visit.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Visit a profile
2. Check out the "Latest Photos" and "My Friends" module/plugin box title
3. Refresh the page and its working again.
4. Visit another profile page and the same happens.
