Hi Bryan,
I just replicate it and seeme everything is fine, I cant see the popup. But well maybe this issue cuased by your server, which your server really slow for me.
thank you
Yes, I suggest you upgrade it.. or you consult with your hosting provide
I contacted my hosting company and they said there is nothing wrong with the server and no need to upgrade. They also claim Joomla is a resource hog and can't handle a lot of traffic. Mine has none as of yet. I did an analysis on the performance of my website and there are high priority errors popping up that show problems with my website that i do not understand. Below is the screen shots of each. Are yall able to tell me what all this mean? Only thing i have done differently in the past day was install profile types from ready bytes and added a background image and logo.
I sent 6 attachments plus a link but don't see it on the reply i sent so here is the link with all the information i found that is happening on my website. i think jomsocial and all the add ons are slowing my website down drastically.

Ok. I replied to the post i have for photos but same issue for everything else.
With Internet Explorer I cannot upload pictures , register as a new member and instead get error " Captacha is mismatch" , sometimes when page takes forever to load i get a error 500 appear instead of website saying problem could be misconfiguration but goes away when i refresh page, and login form pop up has began to reappear.
With Fire Fox can do everything with no problem and i have no issues like i do using internet explorer now but just like internet explorer my website loads very slowly . I installed jotcache but have no idea how to use it .
Also i had a friend test my site out on internet explorer on a different PC and she tried to register as a new member and said that when she would press the next button nothing happens. she said she clicked on the next button many times and no results. Also she did successfully create a new registration through Google Chrome but she said the Captcha was not even there and bypassed it.
Hi, Bryan.
I confirm your issue with login popup, NoCaptcha mismatch during registration and overall sluggishness of your site under IE10.
It's slow even under FireFox. I get also 500 errors trying to reach some parts of your backend:

I can't even enable Joomla debug mode.
From speed test you provided it seems that the most low score is for server...
Ok. The people at godaddy said that they did a pingdum. There are two index.php files for some reason. one loads in 6 seconds the other 13 seconds. Since i'm tired of all this frustration. i decided to upgrade my server to Linux and twice the storage and processing speed.
So i will be deleting everything and starting all over from scratch. Will I lose member sign ups when I do this?
Below is the pingdom test.

Hi, Bryan.
No, you will not loose your membership.
Sometimes there is a need to change hosting provider.
Maybe your new hosting company give a trial period so you could test their server for free?
Then you'll know for sure if it's your instance or server.
