I have tried to install JS 4 on a new Webhost and there i have the other positions.
I tried to reinstall here JS4 again => no positiv changes
i don´t know what is the Problem :-/, i insert the htaccess file again,
you can login with the data or you can delete it over ftp.

I aleady added the new module positions.

Regarding map issue, I dont have the solution yet, I think you should contact your sys-admin, I also need from them.. the response every ajax request is internal server error.. I am not sure why, even I already disabled the htaccess on root and administrator folder, or maybe do you have another htaccess file on your folders ?

this is crazy, when i install a backup on the same Server it runs!... when i install on the same Server only Joomla!-Version 3.4.1 and JS
4.0.6 it doesn´t run. So i don´t think there is a Problem with htaccess, further i have on the old JS 3 Version the htaccess files at the same place.

I attached the Test Site, at the Moment i have only JS4 and Joomla installed, and the Statistik do not run.

I don´t know if this is in connection with this problem, this are the errorlogs on the Server.

I dont have good knowladge with server error 500, since we never see this issue before, if this isuse happens usually caused by htaccess, but your htacces already removed and this is weird... But I am sure the 3rd party plugin can make this issue happens

Have you contacted your hosting provider? please let me know what they find.

Or there is a file / folder which have wrong folder permission 604 which it should 644, but I cant find it now.

when i install only joomla with JS 4 i have this problem! (htaccess, other 3rd party plugin or permission can not be the probelm)
I don´t know what the problem is and my hosting provider do not support this kind of problems.

After i heard from other bugs that i have also i regretted it to install JS4, I've spent so many hours with this, i´m sorry but now i have more problems as before. :-( and I have so far not all posted.

Please you try to contact hosting provider, just need help from them where / why this issue happens, just provide the pointer and back to me then.

Another options, please you try re-install your joomla and jomsocial from fresh, and dont install anything.. let me know how it goes.

Also I need your cpanel access, please provide it.

please you check memory_limit configuration, you should increase it.. not compatible with Jomsocial requirments right now
