My site has a combination of Individual users and Businesses. I want to charge Businesses to use my website only and not the individual user. I want everyone to select whether they are an individual or Business and if they are a business they get charged monthly. How can I do this

you must using 3rd party extension for that, mostly our customers using this:
www.jomsocial.com/addons/memberships/payplans

you can contact www.readybytes.net for more detail, not sure they support jomsocial 4 or not.

jomsocial do not handle or maintain 3rd party extensions.
