ISSUE SUMMARY:
Now we got the new version. 4.0 photo module did not work right ... now we have reached 4.05 and it still does not work, though, you said that next bugfix we will fix it.

it can not it be true that every time the need to update something we must fight with the patches individually

jomsocial still rebuilding all modules. so the fix will be included at version 4.1. but here the fix need to be done:
/modules/mod_community_photos/mod_community_photos.php at line 20, change the code from

$latestPhotos = $model->getAllPhotos(null, PHOTOS_USER_TYPE, $default, 0, COMMUNITY_ORDER_BY_DESC,

$latestPhotos = $model->getAllPhotos(null, PHOTOS_USER_TYPE, $default, 10, COMMUNITY_ORDER_BY_DESC,
