Can not update T3 System Plugin

Hi i have problem with update T3 System Plugin ...
when i click on update .. the page reload and i got this error Invalid extension update.
and on front end my site load really slow... Guest page load a litle faster .. but after login ... the site load really slow.
I am using pro cloudflare ( cloudflare.com ) to help my site run faster but no help.

When i lick on login botton it take a while to load . i think more then 15s

Hi THo,

Please you dont update it, except you use the newest T3 version from our socialize package.
