I have a problem with the JomSocial Menu Bar, it is hidden if there is another component thats not JomSocial on the page.

Jomsocial toolbar is an inegrated part of JomSocial used for internal navigation. It's displayed ONLY on JomSocial pages as it inside component... it's not an regular menu.

We fully understand and thank you for assigning a developer, but we are using the old Jomsocial BECAUSE of JSPT Multi Profiles component and we are waiting for an upgrade to them otherwise we lose our work and profile type acls? :( . The site in question is a community based, non profit organisation website called Army Saints that we believe will help the world one day and it would be awesome to have you look at it and help us with one or two small issues and in return we could advertise your support and help to all our soldiers as we grow. I am the one who created the organisation, did the projects and also building the website same time. I do love Jomsocial.

I assigned developer to your cover issue.
As for current one... this is not an issue at all. This is designed to work like that.
But there is possible workaround.

You may create new menu in Backend -> Menus. Then create this structure;

Profile
|— Change Profile Picture
|— Change Profile Video
|— Edit Profile
|— Edit Details
|— Privacy
|— Preferences
|— Customize My Page
Friends
|— Show All
|— Search
|— Advanced Search
|— Invite Friends
|— Request Sent
|— Pending my approval
Groups
Photos
Videos
Events

But for each menu item use type menu alias and point to corresponding menu in JomSocial toolbar.

When you create such a menu , assign it in menu module and make this menu appear everywhere but on JomSocial pages.
