Hi,
I would like to synchronize my jomsocial 4.0.3 with kunena forum. Logged in members of Jomsocial can post in the forum without loggin for a second time, but logged in forum members cannot simply interat in jomsocial without registering first in Jomsocial.

1. Please how do I proceed to implement this intregation?
2. Is there another better forum extension for this synchronization?

Thanks

Hi JOSEE,

It should be like that, you only need login 1 time, since kunena and jomsocial use the same session from Joomla.

I just replicated it and it corrects.

thank you

Hi
Thanks for yous response. So I do not need to make any further configuration for synchronization? By default Jomsocial users can post in kunena forum without login in again? Do kunena users also automatically by default use jomsocial without registering?

1. I would like only Jomsocial users to post in kunena forum without login in again
2. I will prefer kunena users not to be able to automatically log in jomsocial. Kunena users must first register in jomsocial
3. Did you do any configuration on my website for this?

Thanks

Yes you right, Jomsocial and Kunena is using core system from Joomla, so you dont need re-login or re-register

I think the question no 1 and 3 already answerd, regarding question no 2 I suggest you set create registration link to Jomsocail registration page
