When looking people having named tilde, the search engine indicates that you have not found the user. To test compound nouns and always put out not to put the accents, but by putting a compound name with tilde, it could not find the search engine. Thank you very much.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I cant replicate this issue at my test site. So the issue seem at your server side, I need your FTP access detail.
I need to debugging it and provide you custom code.

please edit your first post at this topic. put it any credentials information at site info form.

Hi Luis,

The issue with user input it self. if you edit that user from joomla backend, you can see that user name:
Luis [more white space] Padrón
not
Luis Padrón



after I changed the name to Luis Padrón I can search it with fullname:
