Greetings Pro's,
I just upgraded to the new version of JomSocial Pro and while I am sure I will love the new features, the tabs that appear below a members profile picture or a group picture no longer fill in the red triangle that you will see displayed on the attached screen shot. Please tell me what I need to do in order to get them to span that whole area. Now, if I choose to leave the tabs as they are, can I place other modules in the empty area to the left? Also, when you now select these individual tabs, nothing on the screen changes. It stays on the Stream Tab. How do I get them to all be working again?

Thanks,

David

Hi, David.

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

MIchal,
I just looked at the ticket in edit mode and the credentials that are listed and have always been listed are correct. To verify this, I logged into my account back-end using those credentials. If this still does not work for you, I am sorry, but please let me know and I will look again.

Thanks,

David

Michal,
Good day. I looked at your print screen and on that you are using DAMartin as my username. That's not the username that is listed on the Admin Account information that is listed on this. Lose the "A" and the then you have what I am seeing with the same password that has been there forever.
Also, this issue only appears to be happening on IE 11. On Firefox it's seems to be fine. I will try this out on older versions of IE and then any other browsers I can see it on and it IE 11 is the only one, the issue is with IE, so we won't worry about it at this point.

Thanks,

David
