ISSUE SUMMARY:
Tabs do not open on frontpage when clicked in JS 4.0.3 - The problem appeared to be intermittent.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login
2 Click on any tab in js_side_frontpage position (top or bottom as well)

RESULT
nothing happens. URL changes as shown in screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
Tab opens showing contents

maybe its a cache issue? I cant replicate this issue at your site. could you please make sure about it again?

I think you may be correct but will keep this open for a while just in case it happens again and I cannot resolve it by clearing cache.
