ISSUE SUMMARY:
Joomla 3.4, and jomsocial 4.0.2 installed, and does not let me access the modules within the template. Nor let me access to applications such as jomsocial plugins.

And in the edit view of the profile, the modules of the bottom of the page (BOTTOM positions) is mounted above the template, as shown in the screenshot I've attached.

I use jomsocial, JFBConnect and Payplans, and I think they also use them.

The problem happens with payplans me is that they do not want me or may not letting me why? i do not know.

And JFBConnect, if registered with a profile of a social network like linkedin, I tried but do not let me charge for that kind of access.

I am solved the problems. It was just a plugin that was giving the problem. Both the eyelashes that did not work, and editing profiles.
