Apps and Registration no works

When I want to see the contents of a module in jomsocial 4 installed just does not show me anything, since clicking on the tab, do nothing.

I created new positions to avoid the problem and it worked, but the problem is not just there. For example, during registration or tabs plugins to see sections of the profiles, I click and unresponsive to the action of clicking.

update to jomsocial 4 without problems. The problem is that the icons on orders of action, within the template will not work.

I click in REGITRED and yes and brings me to register for the user, but when I click on "Next" does not work. The apps and modules located in tabulations NOT work.

My client has forbidden me. Sign a confidentiality agreement.

What I can do is mount the system in another domain, eliminating customer data to safeguard the confidentiality and from there pass them access to the administration.

is Ok?

Yes, that would be a reasonable solution. I don't need actual user data to view. I just want o focus on issue you reported.
But before you do a copy - do a simple test: switch your current template to default Joomla! one e.g Protostar and check if those tabs work. You may also disable plugins/modules that loads js scripts to header on that page... in most cases issues like that are caused by template or 3rd party extensions.

As another problem has arisen in jomsocial plantillla, I asked permission, they have given me and I will upload a copy to the root of the domain within the jomsocial account and registration.

Is that okay?

Yes, just upload it wherever it fits you, then edit your first post and add SU credentials to dev/test site fields.

After returning to speak with my client, I found that not too agree. So what I've done is a copy of a joomla 3.4 from another website that I have with jomsocial 4 and when that happens EXACTLY the same.

I'm uploading a copy to the root of the domain, so they can intervene. When installed, they give you access to the administration. Even take to climb all.

I see... well we can't fix what we can't see. So when that copy will be live - please, edit your first post and add credentials for it. Then update this thread.

That does not happen, but I can not upload the copy, so I've asked a colleague to help me. There will be seen that was created similar to this question, and it is the same, with the difference that is already uploaded and published in the original domain, and access so they can watch, and so we respect their rules and everyone is happy.

It took me buy another standard license, but I think worth it. So I close this post and leave it to my colleague the solution to the issue.
