ISSUE SUMMARY:
the ampersand code is displaying in firefox browser tabs

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 login
2 navigate to a profiel with an ampersand in the profile name

RESULT
ampersand code displays in browser tab

EXPECTED RESULT
ampersand character only to be displayed

for this fix this open this file components/com_community/helpers/head.php, find this code :

$document->setTitle($title);

replace to :

$document->setTitle(html_entity_decode($title));
