could you please upgrade to jomsocial 4.0.2
seem there is 3rd party conflict. after spend 3 hours, I still cant find it.

let me know the result after upgrade. if the issue still exist, I need to download your site by using akeeba backup. I need to debugging it at local. because it will damming the site in many hours.
