ISSUE SUMMARY:
Applications on profiles are not displaying their descriptions properly

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login
2 Click Profile > Customize My Page

RESULT
Some applications displaying html code or XML Constants instead of pulling their description.

EXPECTED RESULT
Application description to be displayed

That issue is not coming from Jomsocial official plugins, its coming from another 3rd party plugins like Campaigns or Business Listings plugin, please you contact or those plugins developer.

All Jomsocial plugins seems working fine.

I will contact the plugin devs.

Why aren't the descriptions for the JS plugins displaying in backend Language Manager Overrides for altering?

Ehm, I dont understand, but you can do it by yourself it you want..

For example, I would like to be able to change the description like "Display Mutual Friends of JomSocial" to something else by creating a language override however no file shows in the Language Manager to be able to do this.

Is this only able to occur in ROOT/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_community_mutualfriends.ini ?

The goal is to make certain changes to all of these plugins via language overrides so that they are not overwritten every time JomSocial goes through an update.

Yes Dimas, I have. What you are referring to affects the Title only, not the description. As described in my OP I am looking to override the description.

For mutual desc you can use this string PLG_MUTUALFRIENDS_XML_DESCRIPTION
