I am using Community - Hello Me module for login, it is showing also user avatar, but it is showing some different avatar than my jomsocial profile, by using firebug i check the path of avatar, it is showing that the avatar is coming from some external url "//www.gravatar.com/avatar/..............." . I want to show same avatar as my jomsocial profile have in this module too, can you please let me know how to fix this.

Hi Pierre,

I cant login to your backend, invalid username/password. please edit your first at this topic and put it credentials information at site info form.
first I need you to try to disabling any 3rd party extensions that related with gravatar. by default jomsocial not using gravatar for avatar. maybe it can be from Kunena component if you using it.

Regards

Hi Pierre,

I think this is caused by 3rd party plugins, since we dont have any feature to integrating with gravatar..please you check again your extenstions one by one, maybe caused by them.

thank you

Hi Pierre,

This issue can be caused by 3rd party template, would you mind provide me the FTP access or is that ok if I install eXtploer component on your Joomla backend?

thank you
