JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

Hello,

Our web site is loaded by default with jomsocial frontend and in Spanish.
Until now, before login, we want to move to the home page English language by clicking on the flag of the corresponding language, no problem and appears the same home page as in Spanish but in English.
Now, however, this does not work. If you go to the home page in English, jomsocial frontend does not appear but the login request.
Could you please check what is happening ?

Hi, Juan.

A lot of users have issues with JomSocial+Joomla! in multilingual mode. In most cases because they not fully understand the complexity of internal JomSocial navigation and menu item ID inheritance.

So before I check, please, read this documentation and check if you have proper settings:

documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Complet...in_multilingual_mode

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hello Michal,

Last year before creating the website in two languages and jomsocial, read your documentation.
From then until now was functioning properly. It seems to be something about permissions.
It may be a module or plugin that associated with registered users and not public. I have reviewed and found nothing.

Could you be so kind to check this issue?

Hi, Juan.

Ok... I've checked. Your issue was caused by permision settings. You English home menu item was limited for registered only: prntscr.com/62yplp
So when non-logged in user tried to access it by switching language - ends with login form.

Just change permissions for that item to Public.

Hi Michal,

OK. Probably I changed inadvertently.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks and regards
