hi

I want do delte the Members with avatar only text, also the search button, so when a search is made it goes directly to the results.

Can you tell what code to modify please?

could you please more specific? your requirement not clear for me.
do you mean:
1. search result only show users with non default avatar only?
2. every time search button will bring you to search result page. this is already default things. could you please more specific?

you can make override ( documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Customizing_Template ) for this:
/components/com_community/templates/default/search.php

to remove the checkbox you can remove this code
