Can't access templates from JS 3.2.1.5 Backend

Hi,

I am not able to access either the default template OR socialize template from JS Backend. When I try to access one of the templates, they system attempts to open a no longer valid template


Please advise.

Please, edit your first post and add PHPmyAdmin credentials. I'll fix it directly in database.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I'm sorry but I still can't see any PHPmyAdmin credentials in credentials box. Please, edit your first post and add them to "Miscellaneous" field. Now I could see there only "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol Transfer Mode - Active ".

I haven't touched anything yet but in JomSocial backend templates look fine: prntscr.com/60vhc4
When I click on any proper files are displayed... only joomlaforest box is added. But I don't have clue from where it comes from...

Please, ask Joomlaforest developers about that additional box.
