There are several groups formed. Some are private and some are public.
Regardless of whether you are a member of either, the "Latest Group Post" module only shows posts from only one group.
This does not sound like it is functioning properly.

try to replace that module by using this latest code:

unzip it and put under [joomla site root]/modules/ dont forget to backup that file first, before you replace it.

if still cant. please provide me valid FTP access detail. I tried access your FTP by using detail from site info, it cant.

please edit your first post at this topic. and put any credentials information at site info form.

I just tested the admin login and it works fine. Perhaps you copy/paste with extra characters?
I was able to login to the backend.

with jomsocial latest version 3.2.1.6, i cant replicate this issue. I need to debugging your site first. it might be this issue only at your site.
I copy paste the FTP login detail, but still I cant access it. admin login is fine. only FTP seem not valid.

Here the fix:

unzip and put it at /modules/mod_latestgrouppost/

backup existing file before you replace it.

FYI: if user not joining that private group, it will not appear at that module
