Where did you get this module mod_jomsocialmenu? that module is not coming from Jomsocial official module, please you report to that module developer.

I'm using a template of joomfrest.
I asked to this problem joomforest than they answered "The module is empty and in XML is written <author>JomSocial Team</author>
So think it comes from an old version of jomsocial@2011"

we never had that module in 2011, I am not sure who created it.. and we cant help you to fix that.

but if you want module jomsocial, you can try this www.jomsocial.com/addons/modules/qbar-jomsocial-toolbar-module .

You should edit the Joomla configuration on "server" tab, please you change error reporting to none
