I am new on joomla. I learned how to create menu and displaying modules

but now i am stock with some part

1) on jomsocial we have i.imgur.com/TD88nb5.png
I am a little bit lost i wanna change the message on this header and change the picture but i dont find it in the administration.

2) In jomsocial we have pages likes home where we have a lot of box at the right like : community whos online , community video module , ....

I know how ot change the order but i dont know why some module are only on the frontpage and some are in profile ... Its very strange because when i go on the module : Community Whos online i can see that this should be visible on all page and its not ! Maybe i miss something

3) we have a menu ( jomsocial ) at the top but when i go on my kunena forum this menu disappear . I dont know very well where we put this menu and where it is visible its not a module ...

1) would you mind to attach the screenshoot please instead upload it to imgur, so sad imgur.com already blocked on my country :(

2) Please you change the module position, currently your modules are set on "js_side_frontpage" right now, so it will only show on jomsocial frontpage/home page.

3) because you already go to non-jomsocial page, jomsocial menu bar only will show on Jomsocial pages.. for solving this solution you should install the 3rd party module www.jomsocial.com/addons/modules/qbar-jomsocial-toolbar-module
