JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

Hi,

after upgrading to the latest versions of Joomla 3x Jomsocial and Socialize, the members module is no longer displaying correctly. I have it set normally with Newest as the default setting. This doesn't show anything now. Also, when I click on All Active, it lists them all in a single column:

Kind regards

Hi Mel,

Still the backend access is not working for me, please you check again.

Well, actually you can fix it by yourself, edit the members module in backend, inside field Module Class Suffix, add this value "js-module"

I hope it will help

thank you

JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

Hi Dimas,

many thanks. It now displays properly on the box. Only one last small problem, I want the default to be on newest (which is what it is set on) but when I refresh the page it doesn't display anything - I can't click on newest until I have first clicked on another link i.e. most active, then I can click on newest and it displays - but if I refresh the page it disappears again.

Any idea how I fix that?

I have just tested the login details and they let me in - did you notice the coments at the bottom of the site details bit on here?

Kind regards

Mel

Hi DImas,

thanks. I downloaded the file, removed the old community members module from Extension Manager, re-installed and set up. Changed the module class suffix to what you suggested above, and still exactly the same issue - its a mystery why it won't work. It doesn't display anything unless you click first on one of the other links i.e. popular.

I am wondering whether I should just wait for the release of Jomsocial 4. Is the beta version coming out this month?

Kind regards

Hi Mel,

As i thought, you override the module template, I already remove the override method and this issue should work fine now.

Best.
