I know there's no support from either the Kunena or Jomsocial teams for the Kunena/Jomsocial integration plugin as on both websites they say the other is responsible for it which is bloody frustrating :-D

So my question is more to other customers out there, has anyone fixed the Kunena/Jomsocial plugin so it displays images, attachments and videos in the Jomsocial activity stream and if they have can they share it?

Joomla 3.3.6
Kunena 3.0.6
Jomsocial 3.2.1.5

I understand its not supported by anyone any more that's why I was hoping another customer had possibly fixed it and was willing to share as imagine a lot of existing sites (mines been running since 2005) are using Kunena.

It is a shame it isn't supported as it makes the activity stream a mess with mostly text and broken links which is meaning without the integration my site members are opting to continue to use the forums over Jomsocial. Unfortunately this means that when its comes time for renewal it might be hard to justify it as its not getting used by my members which is a shame.

Hi Carl,

For something like this i would recommend a 3rd party developer. it is an extremely fast and cost effective way to get these type of things done on your site.
