I have a problem regarding multiple users logins with multiple profiles. I've first created two different profile categories using the multiple profile option, then I created the first user and the first profile on the community and everything was ok. I then created a second user with the other profile category but when I tried to login with this user there was a Redirect Loop Error. I tried to modify the settings of the jomsocial redirect Plugin but it's still not working. Can you help me please?

beside that I need your sample user from that two different profile types.

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I'm working on the site locally, using my Mac as a server with MAMP. Is there a way I can make you see things this way? Can I attach my local site folder somewhere so that you can work on them? Thank you very much!

Hi Dimas,

I want just update you about the issue: I've created a new folder in the server docs where I re-installed Joomla and Jomsocial, restarting the whole process from the beginning. Now It seems there are no problems. In the previous folder I was experiencing the issue with, I had others plugins installed along with Jomsocial: Socialize template and Jmarket package by Joobi. Could it be some compatibility issue beetween these tools the cause of the problem?

Hi Alfonso,

I think this issue caused by that, maybe some of the 3rd party pugins make this happens and conflict with core Jomsocial component..

So, please be carefull when you install the 3rd party.. make sure you test Jomsocial before install the another extenstions.
