Resend Activiting is not working

Resend activation is not working into our system. its showing a error into browser console
TypeError: document.forms.jomsForm.elements.authkey is undefined

Please check our test n development site. we did not activated into live site.

This issue caused by your Joomla template, when i use default template everything is fine, check on this link playground2.soundfyr.com/index.php?optio...temid=320&template=0
