JomSocial Active iSEO Active Socialize Expired

Hello ,
The following question:
As a administrator I like to receive a confirmation mail from a new registered user.
New user gets a activation link.
It seems that the settings in Joomla are correct ,but still get no email notification (attachement)
Is there any other setting to be made ?
Thank you.

Hi Mohammed,

For fixing this, please you go to Joomla user manager, edit your super user account, change "Receive System emails" to Yes.

I hope it will help.

thank you

One other question :
I want to create an account that only moderates the site ,no backend access.
Which user accesses level would be sufficient for this task?
