JomSocial Expired

Hi,

I have some issues with my website

1. When a user edits his status, it is not possible to save it (there is no save button and even enter doesn't work).
2. I will like to know how to reduce the font size of the module titles on the right column
3. I will like to create a column between the activity feed and the modules. This column will be for the adverts

Hi Kehinde,

1. this issue from the template is self, please contact the template provider about it. if you bypass the template by using:
http://www.[your site domain].com/index.php/activities?template=0, you will not have any edit issue.

2. you can put CSS override

#community-wrap h3 {
  font-size: 24.5px;
}
your template is a 3rd party. here the doc: www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-temp...s-to-joomla-template

3. if you split it into 3 columns, activities section will too small.
please edit /templates/gk_msocial/html/com_community/frontpage.index.php you can seen this code
<?php if ($moduleCount > 0) { ?>
    <div class="span4">
        <div class="cSidebar">
            <?php $this->renderModules('js_side_top'); ?>
            <?php $this->renderModules('js_side_frontpage'); ?>

        </div>
        <!-- end: .cSidebar -->
    </div>
<?php } ?>
before the code put this:
<?php if ($moduleCount > 0) { ?>
    <div class="span4">
        <div class="cSidebar">
            <?php $this->renderModules('js_adverts'); ?>
        </div>
        <!-- end: .cSidebar -->
    </div>
<?php } ?>
the module position: js_adverts

and at line 12 you can see this code:
$class = ($moduleCount > 0) ? 'span8' : 'span12';

changing it to
$class = ($moduleCount > 0) ? 'span4' : 'span12';

for column width you can play with span1 until span12, the total of that 3 columns must 12 (span4 span4 span4, span6 span3 span3, etc)

basically the customization at GK social template it self (3rd party)

Regards,
Albert
