hello,
I bought yesterday Jomsocial.
It should be Responsive yes.
Unfortunately, it is not.
What am I doing wrong?
I use Joomla 2.5 latest version and Jomsocial current version.
My template in Joomla is responsive.

Hi, Sascha.
Please, switch to default Joomla! template Protostar and check again.
Please provide us with working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.
Hi Michal, here I am again.
I have the Daen completed to ensure that you have access to the Admin Portal.
So the following problem.
I have a cell phone compatible template.
I have JomSocial.
But Jomsocial is not mobile compatible in collaboration with my template.
The Standard Template Joomla Beez20 it goes.
I tried it in my wrapper, I tried to assign a different Templatet the menu. Nothing. There is nothing.
I have now written for 1 week with the template manufacturer in the forum.
He can not do anything. He says Jomsocial overrides the settings from the template and it causes problems.
I also tried the template Responsive issue. It does not work.
I'm getting desperate. Template and Jomsocial cost me money and I can not fully utilize. What can I do?
You are my last hope.
I am using Joomla 2.5.27 (latest version) and Jomsocial current version.
I hope that was enough detail!
many thanks
Sascha
HI, Sascha.
Ok, I know where is the cause of the issue... but to fix it I need acces to site backend... and you didn't provided htaccess credentials (extra protection for backend).
Template designer used class "container" right inside <div id="main">. Class "container" is default bootstrap class and has FIXED width 940px:
prntscr.com/5b0fsz
It's enough to RENAME that class and issue could be solved. Especially that this class doesn'y play key role in template:
.container:after {
content: '.';
display: block;
clear: both;
font-size: 0;
height: 0;
visibility: hidden;
}
HI, Sascha.
Fixed, edited index.php and layout.php file of your main template.
Make a safe copy of those files before you upgrade your template
