I have installed "plg_community_runtastic' by Nordmograph.
plugin is actived.

On any user profile, the "Add Application" button doesn't appear...
what did i missed ?

May I know the sample user? because when I check with your "support" account everything is fine. (check my screenshoot)

and if your issue is coming from "plg_community_runtastic" I suggest you contact Nordmograph directly.

You disabled the jomsocial toolbar so you are not able to see that "edit page" link.
