Hello
I need a plugin or Addon can do this
Link twitter Account with Jomsocial Account, and whatever the twitter account will tweet, the jomsocial will post the same thing immediately in the jomsocial community or any plugin can do it in jomsocial only for auto posting

Such a plugin is already available in JomSocial. Just look for it in plugins in Joomla!.
It's a profile application. You can make it global - so every user will have it... or leave it voluntary.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I Think there is misunderstanding, what i need is when i post a tweet in twitter automatically this tweet will post in Jomsocial, is there any plugin can do this? and the link please.

I'm sorry my bad - there is only a plugin that displays tweets in box in Profile.
NO there is no extension that will post tweets on activity stream.
