When you create a group, and you want to click "invite friends", there is option to select friends from tagthewild or send emails. for some reason this form REQUIRES emails to be entered, and the form does not submit if you just select a friend when that shouldnt be the case. if you do select a friend and enter an email, the form then submits, but the friend is still not invited and only the email sends out. can you look into this to see if maybe there is an error with it?

This issue caused by the JF_Social template, because on our newest code we dont have email field during group invitation. We only provide friends selection.

no i'd rather not. last time i gave access you guys messed alot of things up for me i had to fix. and what do you mean remove the overide files? if i do so then it wont be jf-social for that specific page...

cant we simply take that plugin or module whatever it is and swap it out for the new jomsocial version one?

anywya, please you open the templates/js_social/html/com_community, if you find this file groups.invitefriends.php or ajax.showinvitation.php, and just delete it.

that directory does not exist. i also looked in /js_social/ changed to /jF_social/ and i get up to HTML there is no comcommunity folder
