I'm still not sure what is the issue here. Could you provide me with steps to replicate it?
Try to describe it like this:

1. Login to frontend...
2. Click this...
3. Do that...

Login with 1 account Gyatso in fronend
2 Click on global notifications
3 Click "ESTEBAN le gusta tur Comentario."
4 An image appears without comment, and a profile that has nothing to do with the user

Ok, now I see that issue very clear.

So we could have two situations:

1. Notification was sent to wrong user
2. Notification was sent to right user but link to liked comment is wrong

I think that you reported similar issue, don't you?

Does it happens to all users or just to random users?

Please, edit your first post and add PHPmyAdmin credentials.

after deep investigating. I thinks this is not a bug. this happen because user commented on that photos, but after that he remove the comment. If like this, the user already got the notification. but after that the user have a look at the related comment, there is no comment because has been removed in some reasons.

The strange thing is that the user is mine and I had not posted a comment, therefore, either I deleted, and the strangest thing is that someone put a I like, a comment that does not exist. I still do not understand.
