Redirect plugin = blank page

Hi

since my upgrade of jomsocial (3.2.0.5)

it's not working like before. I was using redirect jomsocial plugin
user login ---> to member home page
user fail login ---> to connect page
user logout ---> to home page

since my upgrade it's not working...user fail login give me a blank page
if somebody without user account try to login : white page too...

but user login works and logout too...dont understand at all....
what is wrong?
I also try to upgrade to the very last version of jomsocial on a development site and it's worse...I have blank page also in administration and cant connect any account on my site (in configuration of jomsocial and other place...in jomsocial)

can you help me, thanks for support

Hi Simple,
It seems the upgrade may not taken place properly.
Can you fully uninstall and reinstall jomsocial latest package as described documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Upgrade..._3.0.x_on_Joomla_2.5
specially focus on

Starting the Upgrade
Uninstall the older JomSocial version by going to Extensions > Extensions Manager, select Manage, select JomSocial/Community, click Uninstall. Make sure that all JomSocial related modules, plugins, extensions are uninstalled.
Go back to 'Install', upload the JomSocial installation package and follow the onscreen instructions (press 'next' a lot

I have uninstall all...and now begin a installation

it's not working
jomsocial not able to Unpacking modules...

so I cant click next (on my development website)

can you help me, I try 2 times...

Hi Simple,
I am seeing you are using josocial "Version: 2.6.1" which is very old.
So I was wondering that, do you want to upgrade to the latest version 3.2.1.3 first.
If so then I would suggest you to have a whole site backup first.

it's becose I try to install the old version that was working...but yes I would like to have last version.

nothing change

when i try with a login and password that not exist...i'm suppose to be redirect to become member menu...

with the plugin jomsocial redirect...and it's not working, i have a blank page, no redirection.

Hi Simple,
I have enabled the error showing and facing below error (at the time of login failed page).

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'LogException' in /var/hsphere/local/home/aqedqcca/dev.aqed.qc.ca/libraries/joomla/log/loggers/formattedtext.php:185

It seems the error related with file permission at log file.
Can you clear the log folder and check the issue.

permission are in 755, it's ok?

i have clear the log/logger file
do you want me to clear log file too?

for now it's not changing just clear logger file.

yeah, the folder permission should be 755 and for files 644.
btw, Now it seems the site is working fine.
Let me know if at any page the problem exist.

the website working....

that was not the trouble

my trouble is still there...when I log in with a wrong login or not existing log in...i'm suppos to be redirecte to the subscription page but instead I have a blank page.

the redirect jomsocial plugin not working...

I disabled System - Log plugin. that error because server restrictions. need ask hosting support for that.
