There is something wrong with my online users module and I cant figure it out. There is a little spacing between online users for each column and rows. But there is no spacing at between 3rd and 4th line.

.js-module .js-col4:nth-child(4n+1){margin-left:0}

When I removed that code there will be onyl 3 column with online users not four like default. I just want to add spacing between 3 and 4 column like others. I have just added ftp information to the firs post so that you can check it yourself.

That module you mean there is a only one image and its totally different module from "Online Users Module". You mean that this custom html module effects the online users module? I'm little confused here :/

Also cant find that html tag in modules.css or somewhere else. I hope I didnt understand you wrong.

Yes, that effected to the css code, anyway I just checked this again and seems works fine now, right?

Problem seems to be solved but I have one question. From now on I cant use any "Custom HTML" moule not to corrupt "Online Users Module".

I suggest you dont do that, we have special CSS3 code, some of HTML code very strict rule :)
