Hi, I run Joomla! 2.5.24 with JomSocial 3.2.1.1.
I installed a new Joomla! version on my server to get rid of all the installed packages and tables in the database which are'nt used any longer.
I exported and imported all the community tables to not loose the content. Everything works fine but the video playing.
If I want to play a video a message comes up with the following (german) error code: Ungültige Video Id vorgesehen.
What do I have to do?

When you upgrading JomSocial menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:

- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for every JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in all other menus

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,
I did what you told me but there is no difference. The menu items are now green but there is still the same error when attempting to play a video.
I read about the same problem with categories and contents. I had these problems too. I had to rebuild the indices and edit and save the categories. Then everything worked fine. Is there such a function in JomSocial?

I disabled SEF URL's like I wrote in other posts. Everything seems to work fine now.
