Azrul System Mambot For Joomla problem after restoring
hi,
I did a backup of my site and restored it on a local machine, everything went fine.
I then restored it again on the new machine that I would like to use as production site (equal to my local machine) and I get white page on administration site.
after days I found that disabling the Azrul plugin I could get back the admin console.
I then uninstalled the plug in, re installed the azrul.zip found in com_community_std_3.2.0.5.zip and set the ordering to -1000
I still have white page on admin site.
I enabled debug logging but I just see a white page.
what can I do?
I have full control on the machine with ssh access.
in the private site information I gave you also the phpmyadmin and FTP details if it could be useful
I enabled Azrul plugin and site go down...
I can't reach PHPmyAdmin.
Also, please provide us FTP credentials.
Edit your first post and add/check access data.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

hi Michal,
I was testing on the machine the upgrade to JomSocial 3.2.0.7 but in a separete directory and DB.
this new version add a wonderful check for prerequisites.
I then found that I did not install curl and a couple of timeout settings were too short.
I fixed this and I found that the new installation work perfectly on frontend and admin.
I then checked about the other installation and now it works perfectly on frontend and admin too.
