I have a lot of difficulties to translate jomsocial in french.

Initially i do the mistakes to translate manually only the menu but i see it s not a good idea. So i download the french language package. I put files in differents "language" folder, without success.

Now i understand better how language files word thanks to some videos tutorial, but it's not working...

I have the good fr-FR community files ... in the good directory, i set up joomla in french... but it is always in english...

Thank you very much for your help, i dont want an multilanguage joomla, just french !

Hi, Mathieu.

You use outdated language file. It doesn't contain ALL current language constants. E.g try to find this constant:
COM_COMMUNITY_FILTERBAR_FILTERBY

prntscr.com/4074bn

I tried to find it directly in language file... and it's also absent there...
