First please check misc info box for Admin URL explanation. I have been unable to change support domain although I am entitled to.
My query is how can I integrate my Captcha plugin now registration on my site is done through Jomsocial. ReCaptcha always tells me the ReCaptcha has failed although I have definitely entered the correct lettering, so I have registered for the Confident Captcha plugin. I enable and configure it but it will not show in the registration process. Would you please help me as I am having a lot of spammers register.?
1. Supported domain entered in our billing system can't be changed until you have valid reason r.g domain name typo... Also Standard license (you hold that kind of license) has only ONE domain supported. You can install on more that one domain but we'll support only ONE domain that was entered in billing system.
So if you have issues under another domains - we can't help you. Standard license = ONE supported domain = ONE Joomla! with JomSocial.
Only Developer license is for FIVE supported domains. So in order to have more domain supported: upgrade to Developer subscription or buy another Standard subscription for another domain.
2. JomSocial has integration only with reCaptcha. If you want to integrate it with another captcha - then you'll need to do customizations. Ask professional developer for help:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
