Hi

I have installed Jomsocial for the first time yesterday... can see the possibilities, a great bit of software! I had set up a few profiles and could see the timeline etc when I logged in. All was working and OK.

Today I installed JSPT as I want multiple profiles and many of the extensions features. I have now tried registered some new users, the registration process is fine and the new user was setup correctly. Only problem is now after a registered when the user logs in the screen is blank, its white and nothing is there.

Any help would be much appreciated

I suggest you contact JSPT developer for this, this is beyond our support since caused by the 3rd party extension.

I have contacted the developer, I have took of their extension from Jomsocial and I am still getting the error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 115 bytes) in /home/sites/mydoorsupervisors.co.uk/public_html/myds/libraries/joomla/language/language.php on line 807

It was suggested to increase the memory, I have tried this and I am still getting the same. The host default was 24mb I have increased to 48,64, 128 I still get the same error

Please assist, I cant even start the development

Hi Tom,

Our recommendation for memory_limit is 1024M, and please make sure you restart your server after you change the value.
