Hey guys,

This may be a stupid question... But how would I change the order of the js sidebar modules? For example, Events are displayed first, and I would like to move to the bottom.
I understand how to do this with Joomla modules, of course, but when I change the order of the JS modules in each modules manager, it doesn't physically change the order.

Any help would be grateful. And many apologizes if this has already been answered; I searched but didn't find.

Thanks!
Chris

Hi Chris,

Do you mean module in frontend or in profile page? in frontend you can rearranging it via joomla menu manager, but module in profile you need hack the code inside this file components/com_community/templates/default/profile.index.php

thank you

Hi Dimas,

Thanks for the reply! Sorry... I mean the modules displayed in the frontend. But how would I rearrange using menu manager? I only see the Jomsocial toolbar menu present (aside from my custom menus). I thought I could do from within the module manager, but no dice.

Sorry about this. I've been using Joomla and JS for years and never had a problem :)

Thanks my friend!

Hi!
Hahaha... no problem! So I got it worked out by using the drag and drop in module manager. I was trying to arrange via the old way (change the order in each module's setting)... yeah, should have been a no-brainer :)

Thanks my friend... all is good!
