Hi, Constantin Paul.

1. You use JomSocial 3.2_RC_01 - this is unstable version, please upgrade to latest stable version of JomSocial -> 3.2.0.5 ASAP.

2. You haven't set Captcha in JomSocial: Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Site -> Registrations

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,

First of all I want to compliment you, is amassing how fast I get the answer, thank you. Here is worth every cent to be a paid member .

Now, to the facts.

1. In order to update first I must uninstall the present version. To do this should I uninstall all selected extension, all from the screen or just specific ones ? -I attached a PrtSc [uninstal_jumsocial_for_update] - then download the new version and re-install it.

2. The problem was that I enabled captcha on joomla not on JomSocial , that was an easy fix. ;)
Now, I like to insert a space between "Next" and " or Sign In With Facebook " as shown on the PrtSc [space_here}attached.

Thank you for your support, we all learning every day

Regards

Hi, Constantin.

1. We noticed that better results comes when JomSocial is uninstalled so installation is flawless.

0. Make a safe copy of your whole system (files and database)
1. Browse to Backend -> Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
2. Search all extensions using filter "com"
3. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
4. Search all extensions using filter "jom"
5. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
6. Download latest JomSocial package from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
7. Unzip it
8. Install com_community package via Joomla! installer
9. Follow installation steps
10. Install iJoomla installer via Joomla! installer

And this should solve your issue with 1064.
