if I create a menu item in the jomsocial toolbar and I click on it in the front end the toolbar disappears. It's possible to mantain the toolbar active for my custom menu item voices?

Jomsocial toolbar is a same like any joomla menu. you can assign that menu into any modules or custom mene freely.
maybe you have any wrong setting with your custom menu?

you can provide me administrator access detail and FTP access detail. by editing your first post and put at Sit Info form.
with that I cant investigate more future about your issue.

because when your visit project menu. that page not belong to jomsocial. jomsocial toolbar only visible at jomsocial page it self. for displaying jomsocial toolbar at any pages. you can try this joomla extention:

www.suburbans.org/premium-extensions/qbar
