I hard to make sure what caused it. I suggest you to increase memory limit at your PHP settings. please ask your hosting support if you don't know how to do it.

" JCH Optimize Pro" plugin is used

JCH Optimize Pro plugin not used before? or just now?.
I suggest you to disabling some installed plugins (unnecessary plugin). at put module we already using limit at our query. the query time not more than 1 sec.

the best way is increase the PHP memory limit. too bad if your hosting not allowed.

it has no relation to the plugin ,and I can increase the php memory ,but not the SQL connect and wait time
