Login as user julien with pass as described below for JSupport, then have a look on the activity stream "Les dernières activités" on the event from Admin's user called "Mise en service" date is in US format, click on it, then date is displayed in french format, almost. as you can see the time is in us format with one hour beyond the real time displayed in the french format.

Keep in mind it should, at least, display the same value as the original time was.

Well..to be honest not sure :) I reported it as bug to our developers, I'll wait for their reply about it.
