I keep getting this error everytime I log in and go to the JomSocial dashboard. I looked for around the web but could never find any solution except that one of the releases was suppose to have fixed this. I am now on 3.2.0.1 and I still have these issues.

Can someone direct me to where to look for this error. I assume that it is coming from Google Maps and that the Geo loc. is incorrect somewhere but I don't know which address would cause this or where the application is.

yes this is because google geocode code on jomsocial script.. we only parsing "Address" field to check location of all your members.. maybe there is a member with wrong address (ex : if your user typed random address or empty address) so google can't check the geocode of this address..

if you want to turn off this alert (because i saw your members around 900++ and it's impossible to check their address 1 by 1 except you're patient to do this :D ) you can go to administrator / components / com_community / views / community / tmpl / default.php

open the default.php file with your favourite text editor and search code below :

alert('Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ' + status);

//alert('Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ' + status);
